Beschreibung Teams of four participants operate trading vessels in “tradingmare,“ an island country. In the market they face stiff competition that is able to work vigorously to win the market leadership and hence the majority of the gains from trade. The “creative shipping,“ a company with four vessels needs to achieve three complementary goals, (i) each ship captain must achieve her/his own tar-get; (ii) the four captains, as a whole, must beat the competition in sales; (iii) and they must do it with a great repu-tation, which can only be earned by focusing on the clients’ needs. The rival is always ready to steal the customers and make deliveries, so the competi-tion is not only for the provision of the goods to the final customer, but also to acquire the right kind of customer at the right time.
